Disgusting service! I have been waiting for more than 12 hours for my request to withdraw only 70,000 rubles from USDT to be processed! Shame! The support service is terrible, they only write that "we will transfer soon". At the moment, only 62 thousand have been transferred out of 70 thousand!

Two bad experiences with this company, exchanged 36011 RUB but after 5 hours only 15815 had arrived. We asked for the rest of the money back which the company promply returned. Unless you have time to be glued to your phone for 10 hours I do not recommend this company.

I have a pending transaction since yesterday, partial was paid but the balance is yet to be cleared. Their operator kept asking for transaction history which was provided but for the last 12 hours there is no further update or response. I am little tired to follow up constantly as this should be the job of the exchanger giving updates and trying to resolve the issue in a reasonable time. If it can't be resolved return the partial amount worth tokens back to the customer instead of making them wait countless hours.
