The platform exchanged your funds at the correct exchange rate." It is a lie. You can check, that rate wasn't changed on bestchange and on their own main page no way during exchange. They just scammers.

ZEC(sent currency) was refunded.Accepted to avoid scamming on 100% of sum and return most.Medium rate between they should have exchanged and now-refused by service.only "my loss and freeze money".If it was momental refund-funds could be exchanged other service or CEX.

Your issues,not network,caused to my direct losses. Exch don't need to exchange more,it made refund less sum already,i apply Bestchange to regulate that question with moneyhold-losses.And re-check volume of trader,one Binance update caused full-stop of work and ignoring all refunds.
