Very bad exchange .. i try to exchange btc to mg at first they lie to me .. will be next day .. but they don`t next day .. ok i stay all weekend and moday .. they put the mg .. i go to cashout ..they tell me i can`t cashout .. call the sender .. i took with the admin .. they tell me to call mg :))) because is not there problem .. bla bla .. ok i try to find the numer .. i call them .. they tell me the problem was form the sender.. i tell them .. they say ok will cashout money moring and then we make for you a wu .. but they take my comision.. :))) and was not my problem was the site problem not mine.. nvm .. they tell me wu it`s ok .. i say no problem .. i go to wu same shit .. they can`t give me money because the sender .. :)) and i send 0.124 .. and they give me 0.111 :))) for there problems .. so .. big care with this site .. at start they are so good .. when you send money .. will be the other way !!

Hello, Ovidiu! The reason for delay of the execution of your order was the blocking of the receiver in the MoneyGram system, i.e. you, we made a sending to your name using another system but here again the transfer was canceled with the wording - the recipient is blocked. In view of this, you have been given a refund minus a service commission under the site rules.

Lol dude .. i use other name in wu .. and same he was blocked .. and then i use other cryptex24.com and work fine in next day i have the mg .. and i go and cashout withpout problem only in your site i have problems .. and you take from me the comision on moneygram , western union , and the comision from your website .. wtf dude .. it was not my problem !!! don`t lie it was my name blocked because i use other name in second transfer and same shit !!!!!

The blocking was twice from your side in WU, MG. This information is correct and confirmed by us when sent to you. Our service made the transfers to your blocked name after that it had to make the refunds because you were blocked in the systems. For that reason, the service commission was withheld. This commission is not refundable to you, as the service was rendered. You could give a new name not blocked in the systems to change the recipient's data but you requested a refund that you have been successfully done. Further correspondence in such manner will be considered as meaningless flood.
