The issues began when one of our employees, who was in the office at the time, attempted to speed up the process by submitting their personal documents for verification — a passport photo and a selfie. However, this person is not the owner of the wallet.

When the AML service requested a video verification, we explained the situation and submitted a video featuring the actual wallet owner — myself, the company’s CFO. The video was recorded strictly according to the provided instructions and sent for review.

Despite this, the AML service again requested a video from the employee who has no connection to the wallet. As a result, the process has stalled, the funds are frozen, and the AML verification system appears ineffective and rigid, failing to consider the actual circumstances.

This approach leads to absurd and unworkable situations where someone with no access to the funds is required to undergo verification, while the rightful owner is left "out of the game." There is a complete lack of logic, support, and meaningful client interaction. We are disappointed and do not recommend using this service.
