This is a very serious issue. I transferred $6,500 to a new wallet address. Before the transfer, I conducted an AML check, and both my sender address and the new address were clean. However, the exchange is holding my funds, claiming that my address did not pass AML checks because I may have used another exchange at the same time. This is completely untrue; yes, I used another exchange, but that was 1.5 hours prior to the transfer. Now they are saying they cannot assist me. I will never use this exchange again, and I would advise others to avoid it as well. If my money can be stuck like this despite being AML compliant, it raises concerns about their practices regarding other users' funds as well.
