My personal experience says that all the numbers announced in this exchange are lies, if you pay attention to their Perfect Money balance, even after every order, it is always the same fixed number! I request Best Change to check this exchange carefully, I sent them 30 thousand dollars of Tether, I think this number was too much for them and they lied that there is a problem with your sending and you need to authenticate; I did it and after 4 days they returned my money, in the event that my aml risk did not even reach 60% and was below 40%! There are definitely better choices, if you are looking for peace, don't use these.
