At 15:55 the transfer from LTC to Raifeisen (rub) began. at 16:04 a confirmation from the service was received by email that the transfer had taken place, the status changed to confirmed. It was written that the transfer occurs automatically after 10 network confirmations. At 18:04 the money was still not received, the status changed to contact the operator. I contacted the operator in Telegram, where they informed me that the payment was not going through to my card and asked me to provide another card. They clarified that any other card will do. After I provided another card and confirmed it, they told me to wait. After waiting another 2 hours and not receiving the money, I contacted them again and was told that I would now have to wait up to 5 days, in accordance with clause 5.20. They offered to either wait up to 5 days, or return the LTC back and retain a 3% commission for this. I regard this all as ***. I am ready to provide screenshots of correspondence with technical support and confirmation emails.
