Extremely slow support. They asked for KYC documents, didn't hear back from them in 24 hours. Unresponsive in website chat.

Horrible service. Sent funds, waited 2 hours, then they removed the order claiming they are "cleaning cache" then there was an issue with my order and they want to refund me, lets see if I get that refund. Do not use them.

Mark, It's not our machinations and whims, it's Aml/kyc rules, high-risk transactions do not pass in exchange offices and are most often blocked. Bestchange also has these rules.
