I can't believe I was *** by a highly praised exchange. Before exchanging, I confirmed with Kupitman customer service that my address had passed AML review, and I confirmed it twice. However, after transferring 30,000 USDT, the system immediately froze my order, posing a 100% risk. Customer service contacted me and offered two options: the first was to provide a video and passport, and they would deduct a few percentage points for a refund. The second was to lower the original USDT-XMR exchange rate and immediately exchange it for me, forfeiting 4 XMR. Regardless of which option I chose, I would lose my money. Be cautious when trading on this site; even BestChange cannot guarantee anything.

I am writing to formally raise a complaint against the exchanger Kupitman.pro, following a highly unsatisfactory and, in my opinion, dishonest transaction.

I initiated an exchange from USDT to XMR through Kupitman.pro and transferred 5139 USDT as per the instructions. At the time of creating the order and during the actual payment, I was promised a return of approximately 20.4 XMR, based on the exchange rate shown on their platform.

However, after the required blockchain confirmations were received, the final payout amount was unexpectedly reduced by more than 2.5%. According to the exchanger, this was due to rate volatility. They claim that their rates adjust dynamically: going up with the market and down with a declining market. But in this case, the price of XMR actually moved down, which should have increased the amount of XMR I was supposed to receive, not decreased it.

When I contacted their support team directly, I was told that “all exchanges had stopped processing XMR withdrawals,” and they provided vague screenshots with no real evidence. I reviewed their terms and conditions carefully, and I must say — they give themselves total control over the transaction, leaving the customer with no protection and no rights.

Eventually, I requested a refund of my original USDT, but they insisted on refunding a smaller amount, citing "rate differences" again. This explanation is unacceptable. USDT is a stablecoin — 1 USDT is practically equal to 1 USD. There should be no exchange rate loss involved, especially not one resulting in a ~$200 loss.

In my opinion, this is nothing short of manipulation and fraud. Their system appears designed to take advantage of customers under the guise of volatility and vague policies. I strongly advise against using this exchanger, as they retain full control over your money and offer no transparency or fairness.

I respectfully ask the BestChange team to investigate this exchanger and assist me in resolving this matter. I believe this behavior constitutes a scam and should be addressed to protect other users in the community.
