At the beginning I was asked to make a voice call, but they could not clearly explain the reason for this request. I clarified that I did not refuse the call, but since it was already two in the morning, there was no way for me to call. The next day I told him that I didn't have the WhatsApp app and couldn't create one, so I asked to reschedule the conversation for the next day. Issue has been successfully resolved by the exchanger's administration
I made the exchange today. Trc20-pln to card, and still not received my pln. Thats all because the person who sent the money to me didnt want to do the immediate transfer because of he wanted to save 2 pln (50 cents) on this transfer. And now, instead of receiving my pln within an hour like it must be and like it says on the rulles of the transfers like that i need to wait 24 hours and let down the other peoples.

I had the different exchange in the past, and it was done instantly with the same way. Guess why? because the person who sent the funds was not such a redneck who saves 50 cents and after that i need to wait the whole 24 hours.
