Issue has been successfully resolved by the exchanger's administration
After I booked my order, whilee I was making the payment they changed my rate from 87.712 to 87.4602 (usdt to rub sberbank), and ofcourse they did not send me an email with the booked deal, only one email when deal was done and fully paid.
On this website I did not see the icon for this service to have rules about changing rate throughout the deal.
Please send me the remainding 126 rubles to my card.
