On 08/19/2023 at 2:12( UTC+3) i created an exchange order (id ***) to exchange cash BYN to 1000 USD (ERC-20) in Minsk. The order was expired after 9 hours, the support did not respond during this time. Later, 08/19/2023 at 14:59 (UTC +3) i created new order ( id***). The result was the same. After such attitude to the clients, i do not recommend this exchanger to anyone.

That does not reflect the egony the user took in all tha matter i sent money which costedme 5$ priority fee then when i sent money btc rate was high and when he sent me btc rate was low i lost 15$ plus in all this which is notmy fault it was his fault he did not have working neteller acount and still advertising for this exchange you can see an other use having same issue with him so you should give some penalty or fine to this kind of exchanger so they do care in future
