Completed several small transactions on this site within the last two months from the same wallet - no problems and checks. When tried to complete another transaction from the same wallet for 166275.8828 TRX to DOGE - TxHash 6967d5e3bc87a87479ac92b541a470cfee1af451460b4da9a7a0166a5623d641 the problem started. They claim the transaction to be frozen as it didn’t pass the check. No request to complete the steps to verify it as per their website policy but instead asked to make another transaction for the same amount.. No other explanation on how are they going to verify another transaction like that and no reference to their policy. Just do that. Not following their protocol and policy to verify the ID or wallet just requested to make more transactions. Their support is not responsive to requests of refund or return of the original transaction. It’s been 28 days since the transaction and they just took my money. Completed the AML check myself using the service they are claim to be partnering with on their website and the risk of the transaction comes as avarage.
I kindly ask the admin to look into that and wound not recommend this platform to anyone who wants to do a transaction more than $100. Do not recommend to anyone.
