In your case, there was a delay between the order creation and the actual receipt of your funds, during which the market rate changed — something beyond our control. We showed you clear evidence of this rate change using real-time charts, illustrating the exact market rate at both the time of order creation and the time your funds were received.
Despite complications on your side, including the fact that you could not send messages from the email address used to create the order (which is a requirement for confirming any changes or actions), we remained fully cooperative. We offered secure alternatives to verify your identity — including a video verification method — to protect both your funds and your identity, in line with industry standards and anti-fraud procedures.
After discussing everything in detail with you via chat, you agreed to proceed with the exchange at the adjusted rate, which was fully explained and accepted by you. There was no refund — the transaction was completed at the rate we mutually agreed upon in our conversation.
