1. The platform stole my 0.5529 XMR. (~$89)
1a. I converted the $5767.01 USDT to 35.7891 XMR, whereas they sent me only 35.2360 XMR (-1.57%). Keeping 0.5529 XMR the.
1b. Upon contacting the support, they said they have mentioned it on the website. The "Rules for rate-fixing" page of the website do indeed say it.
However, on the order page when you create an order, they explicitly state that the exchange rate will be fixed after 45 confirmation.
I closely watched rates after 45 confirmations. They remained same on bestchange and on their order page for over 300+ confirmation. They changed the price just before sending xmr.
2. I would request bestchange admin not let them play with this unfair trade practice, where they show the best prices for certain pairs and remain on top at bestchange, get the customers from the platform. Later fools customers by showing something on the order page and then giving them less.
Please note: The prices of XMR did not change on any exchange by -1.57%.
Their price still remained highest on bestchange for the pair usdt to xmr.

The service provider is using misleading the users and bestchange. The term volatile means - it can go in any direction, up or down as per market. But they would move the rate in the direction of their profit.
The market did not move. Now you have lowered your rates and increased minimum trade value. and put warning on site, its very good strategy to mislead the admin of bestchange.

Their reserves are fake!. They are currently showing XMR reserves of 4282 XMR.
They also say they hedge market prices, which is totally false.
Hedging means preventing losses in case price markets go in the opposite direction of your trade.
They don't do heading.
