Made an exchange YooMoney > XMR.
When I sent the money, the transaction went to “Processing”, where you can see the description: “We have received your payment.
Your order will be completed in 5-15 minutes.”.
I’ve contacted the operator and she says like I need to wait for extra 30 minutes, because they can’t send me money right away. Currently, I.m in wait for 45 mins.

I have exchanged my small money but this exchanger refused to exchange after taking my money. This exchanger is fake and scam. So don't exchange on it. When i was sending money then they didn't give any notice. When they got my money, my order declined. And said that your amount is locked. I thought that bestchange is listing top and trusted exchanges. But it's completed fake and not a trustworthy.

Yes the information is correct. My 18ˆ did most probably correctly arrive to destination. The AdvCash account belonged another person and I've been too naive trusting her and she basically stole 18ˆ and she must be lying about the fact that the money didn't arrive into her AdvCash USD account. My apologies.
