I made a exchange of 0.25 BTC for USDT ERC20, but the funds never arrived. Additionally, the website kept reloading indefinitely and never provided any notification that there was a problem. After I contacted customer support, they told me I needed to complete KYC, even though my wallet’s AML score is not high and it doesn’t violate any rules (I had previously made many exchanges on this platform using this wallet). I provided them with all the information 10 days ago, and I haven’t heard back from them since. They are holding my funds and refuse to return them. I am asking the BestChange administration to help me get my funds back.
