I wanted to exchange cash Euros for Bitcoin in Berlin and contacted a representative named Viktor via Telegram to discuss the details. He spoke very rudely to me and refused to cooperate solely because I have Russian citizenship, despite the fact that I've been living in Germany for many years. Strange operators. Took 3 hours of my time to submit all my documents for extensive KYC, rejected because I was born in Russia. I have a different residency, citizenship. Never ever in my life I was rejected on KYC by place of birth. Time wasted.
