Using BtcChange24 for almost a year, one of the best exchanges I have tried. Very helpful and responsive support never had any problems with the payments or amounts. Sometimes Paypal payments are split and going 1-2 days, but cards and all the other methods of withdrawal are almost immediate. I would give 8 out of 10.

Have change crypto in paypal they send 50 % of payment and the rest will come too now its 5 days and exchange not complet

But I didn’t get my funds to my PayPal account and the operation is still in progress!
They are claiming that the funds were delivered with a delay and asked me to choose whether to recalculate the transaction or make a refund.
I'm asking them to recalculate it and tell me how much would I receive after the recalculation to make my decision if to accept the recalculated value or get a refund. but no reply since then!
They are too slow to communicate giving an impression that they are not aiming to solve the issue!
Their support system doesn't accept direct email messages to their support email address (messages are rejected by their mailing system), so every time I need to contact them I must use their contact form on their website, and to do that I have to copy the whole past replies.
They have no support ticket user interface although messages are assigned as support tickets with ticket IDs, my ticket IDs sent to them: #9f9sq7g - #yG2zX0q - #D5sktVm
They are confused and don't recognize how their contact form, mailing system, and support work with errors!
