Their Bitcoin payment processor is unstable. Transaction had 3+ confirmations but it showed 0 out of 1 and rejected the Invoice after timer ended. Support said 'we will check', still haven't received my money after 2 days.

You said the problem would be fixed yesterday, now I’m stuck on support with Marcus telling me to just wait. I’ve waited for THREE days and getting ahold of you is so difficult I’ve sent 4-5 emails and was just lucky enough that Markus was online.
He says he’s waiting for the operator to come online which I’m not too sure how long that’ll take. Seems like a giant waiting game, will renew claim until I get my payment.

I sent $72 dollars from Bitcoin to Paypal using this service. The Bitcoin left my wallet. All 3 confirmations were made in about 30 minutes from my side. However, BtcChange24 exchanger continued to not acknowledge the transaction with their counter timer going down from 60 minutes to zero. After that they removed the transaction, unprocessed, even when the Bitcoin had been sent successfully to their provided Bitcoin address in ample time. They don't have a easy contact email to write to them. They ask for your email, name and phone number and you get no confirmation ticket that communication has been initiated. All the comments here on every page are POSITIVE, not one COMPLAINT or negative. Then there are only 373 feedback messages.. very small considering how many people must use this service. Many positives are outside of Europe. Don't use .. you'll loose.
