So yeah this operation is a full on ***. They try to do everything possible to *** u out of the 2% cancel exchange fees. I asked them before doing my exchange if it will be sent today. They said yes. After i done the exchange and waited 5 hours until close to closing time i message them and they say they have large volume of orders and that's why the order is delay. I'm glad to pay few dollars to never have to deal with this people again. All reviews below that say they do the same are 100% true and i believe rest are bought fake reviews. Beware!
