In my case, the transaction was not so quick.
12 hours after the service accepted the funds, an employee asked to postpone the payment until the next morning, which meant another 12 hours or so.
I requested a refund and left them 2% of the transfer amount, since the initiative came from my side. There is no problem with that, as those were the terms of service, which can be found on the website.

The only thing I want to note is that the payment may not be as fast as it seems. I can't comment on the effectiveness, as this is my first time using the service.
