I sent my $4862.34 Perfectmoney in exchange of 0.50000026 BTC and the money was withdrawn from my account. The Bitcoin is not yet received whereas this exchange is supposed to be instant.

On contacting exchange support they gave the same response similar to what "Lucky" below got. This looks fishy and I feel cheated because i have transferred bigger amounts to users and exchanges before and i have never suffered this problem before.

You will get Bitcoins Only after the perfect money will be credited to our account. They have not done this for security reasons. If you simply wrote to them and asked about it, then there would be no reason to worry.
Write in the support of PerfetMoney if the money was credited from their side. And only after that it would be fair to place a claim. At the same time, expand your knowledge in this payment system.

After all, you turned to support, as you recommended? And since there is no such answer and cannot be, then do not mislead us and other users.
Hold payments in PM is a very common thing. When it passes and they transfer funds to us, then the exchange will be completed.

I placed 2 orders today both from Pm to btc one was (1039064) and other was (1039104) the first was completed quite fast with in 5 mins that is why i placed second order but the next one took more then 30 mins . Still nice were having good rates then other but pm to btc operations must be fast like the first one
