I exchanged btc for tether at a rate of 45,000. They wrote to the mail that the rate had changed and offered to exchange for another, although btc at that time had grown in the past. I wrote that everything is fine and they immediately exchanged btc at a rate of 43700! These are ordinary scammers, they stole $955 from me at the time.

That is, when I sent them btc, they sent me a letter that the rate had changed and offered to exchange at the new rate. I said OK, but then I saw that the rate on their website is already 43,700 and I wrote to them to cancel the exchange. The time difference between the letters was only 1 minute! But they did not react and made an exchange. After that, I wrote many letters to them by mail, but they did not answer until the moment when I described this situation on the bestexchange. Then they contacted me and offered to return 550 tether usd. I did not agree and said that I wanted 955. Then they offered me to return the 737 tether, providing just a picture where it is indicated that the exchange took place with them at the rate of 43700. It is just a picture with only a few numbers, such a picture can be created in literally 2 minutes. Since I had important business at that time, I agreed that they would return me 737 tether instead of 955. And they also asked me to remove the claim here, which happened. But today I decided that it is necessary to write my claim again so that no one else gets caught like this. In this exchanger, they lie and try to deceive inattentive customers.
