As our support agent explained earlier, this is a normal and standard compliance process. From time to time, bank transfers are selected for AML review at random, and unfortunately, your transfer was one of them.
We have already provided the bank with all the required information and documents requested to complete the review and release the transfer.
Please also understand that the funds have already been debited from our account. At this stage, we are waiting for the bank to complete its review and release the payment. Unfortunately, this process is entirely under the bank’s control, and we are unable to speed it up.
We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed as soon as we receive any updates from the bank.

Please do not close this case. It has now officially been 7 days since the exchange claimed an AML check. I have waited that time. They no longer provide any official responses from the bank or letters with official deadlines. They invented their own timelines and keep replying without any guarantees or official responses from the bank. Therefore, I ask BestChange administration to leave this case open until either I receive an official response from their side with a reason and exact dates, or the issue is resolved and my funds are returned.
