On April 18, 2025, my exchange was halted for an AML check. In response to the initial request, I promptly provided all the necessary documents: details about the origin of the funds, screenshots of deposits and withdrawals, and information regarding the transfers through CryptoBot.
On April 23, the exchange requested additional data (transaction hashes). As soon as I received this message, I immediately responded, explaining that transfers through CryptoBot are done via checks, which do not include hashes, and provided the relevant proof.
To date, 11 days have passed since the exchange was halted. The operation is still not completed, and I have not received any new requests from the exchange.
I believe this delay and the lack of results violates the exchange's regulations and the reasonable time frame for the AML check.
I ask the administration of BestChange to intervene and ensure:
the completion of the exchange,
All supporting correspondence and materials are ready to be provided.
