The exchange rate was higher than the rate u gave when it confirmed u purposely reduced my pm........... is it meant to reduce if exchange rate increased......... You are very unrealiable and you purposely cheated me. Send me my balance or else i wont stop. I hate Cheating this is a clear case of one
