According to the information available, the exchanger has no financial obligations to this user
I took the usdt to inr service. The person who sent me money sent from upi although i selected the bank transfer and the person who sent is a scammer and he sent that money through which cyber cell freezed my bank account. So i recommend to not use the platform as iit is not safe. And now they are saying that it is not our fault you need to check it with bank seriously they made transfer from a scammed person and now saying to fix all things ownself. Not good.
