Why?
1. They are slow.
Their system declares the USDT to XRP exchange is instant. In reality it took more than 40 minutes. 40 minutes is not even close to be "instant".
2. Their software is bad.
My order was "waiting for payment confirmation" constantly, despite of having 200+ confirmations in blockchain. Also their form does not ask for Destination Tag, doesn't matter if tag is required or not. I also was watching on order status and they manually were changing order status several times, that was funny.
3. They are incompetent.
They declare their payment for does ask for XRP destination tag. This is lie and it is very easy to prove/check.
They do not send TXID after they've sent a payment.
They have no idea about proper customer chat etiquette.
The exchange was successful and I do not call them *** or *** guys.
However this is not the service I will ever use in future.

We would like to clarify the details of your case:
1. Your requested transaction was from USDT to XRP and was confirmed after 70 blocks. If you believe your payment has not been confirmed after 70+ blocks, kindly provide evidence to our support through support@monease.io or to Bestchange support team.
2. In your case, the XRP address provided from your side did not require a specific memo tag. While the payment was confirmed, it was not processed instantly to safe your money. To proceed with it, we require you to provide a memo tag, which is under your responsibility.
3. When you contacted our customer support team, they responded instantly, explaining the payment issue and the need for a memo tag. You said "Please use any memo ...for example 1" .Actually , We can't do that and use any memo tag for any transfer!. On the other hand ,when we asked if it was under your responsibility, you affirmed it was your wallet, and you are responsible for it so we have sent it based on your admission.
4. An invoice in any order has been provided to any user automatically when the order has been done if you didn't check it it's not our problem. Please review your order and you'll find it, and we recommend sending the transaction hash through live chat to ensure the payment has been processed on our end and we already sent it!. If you can prove that we did not provide a transaction hash or the invoice in your order, please let us know that.
5. Our priority the protection of users' funds/money. While you're willing to receive and to send crypto to any memo tag during the live chat. We are committed to ensuring the security of every user's assets.
6. It's important to note you've been used abusive language with our customer support team that they assisted you, as it's clearly here you're using it in your comment , we advice you at least to respect your language while you want to prove any issue you may face.
7. We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced and wish you the best with your future exchanges. When selecting an exchange, we advise you to consider the aspects we prioritize and to choose a platform that aligns with your needs.

It seems like your comment indicates that you've received the money to MTbank or another bank related to you.
However, if there was an issue with the information you provided or if the phone number you associated with multiple banks isn't our problem, please understand that it is not our fault.
If the money goes to a different bank than the one you usually use (MTBank), you need to address this issue with your own bank .
Your order requires a valid phone number for completion a payment and it must to be "associated" with your bank (MTbank) not other one, and any discrepancies in the data you provided may be the cause of any issues.

In your case, you did not provide the correct information for the specific account in which you wanted to receive the funds. When we tried to contact you to resolve the issue, you responded that you did not receive the amount. Like anyone else, we were surprised and asked you to clarify that the IBAN we sent the amount to was not yours, so we could get the amount back from the legal entities. In this case, it is possible that the funds were sent to someone else, as per your alleged complaint of not receiving them.
We clearly clarified that we wanted to issue you a refund, but you were still unclear and did not respond to us, and kept being vague, you once said you received and the next day you said you didn't receive it only to not clarify if it's your account or not...
As anyone should know, you can always link a specific phone number to a specific account, or even specify which account you should receive the funds on with this number.
