I paid 6000 usdt to mine exchange 5 days ago to exchange it to pmv and they freeze it from that date unitl now. They asked me to send required document for kyc and i send them all. They said we will inform you about the transaction within 5 days but they still refuse to refund my money. Please refund my money as soon as possible.
