The AML case arose due to high-risk markers in the assets that the user had sent
Today something broke. I really needed money fast and usually it takes no mor than 30 min. However, today confimations reached 27 of 32 and stopped to increase.
This is not a problem with Ethereum transaction. It reached more than 200 confirmations already.
The support is really unnoying by claiming that USDC network doesn't confirm my transaction. I think it's very unprofessional. More professional would be confirm that there is a problem at your backend or partner exchange. Lying to customers is not a good way to run a business.

This claim is still not settled. More than 10 working days passed after I've provided all information I have regarding the suspicious transactions. Now Kingex team requests information on the same transactions again, and also adds new request about other transactions made more than a year ago.
I don't think this is honest way of doing business. If 2 weeks is not enough to make a decision, you must return the tokens.
