At first, my application kept disappearing several times. Then, after I contacted the support agent, it finally appeared with an AML (Anti-Money Laundering) check. They are refusing to return the funds, demanding my personal documents due to a supposed suspicion of laundering 6,000 UAH. When I asked who exactly I should send my passport to, the conversation took a turn and felt more like a street-level confrontation. They have no legal grounds to demand personal documents or to withhold my funds. But they simply blocked me.

Stole ˆ3,108. They refused to transfer the money via Wise, saying they couldn’t and that an IBAN transfer would take a long time. Then they said they would refund me within 5 days. I’ve been waiting since the 2nd — at first they responded for a while, but then they just started ignoring my emails.

Kingex is misusing their ToS for *** your funds. They took 0.015btc from me and refuse to refund it. Claiming its AML flagged. But they have zero legal grounds to ask any details from me, and I do not wish to participate in their services or requests. But *** will use anything to justify their ***.
I mailed them the following questions to show their illegal practice are based on nonsense terms. Of course they cannot answer any of these questions. Avoid them, read here why:

1) You requested me to perform a KYC procedure — Passing through a KYC procedure involves sharing my personal data.

In your privacy policy you state: *** particularly "It is based on the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the EU ePrivacy Directive, the Data Protection Act, and other applicable regulatory acts mandatory within the EEA — European Economic Area."

What is your Data Protection Officer reference? *** So I you can verify it in the register. If you are not officially registered you do not have any right to collect the data from me.

2) You request me to pass through the official procedures.

What jurisdiction is your exchange registered in?
What is your company registration number and director name?
What is your legal address?

3) You request me to pass through the AML. What are the contact details of your legal department and responsible person (postal address, tel. number, e-mail) who is responsible for handling the requests related with AML?

I give you 24 hours to answer all my requests or refund my 0.015btc — else I will pursue my right to write a extensive review about Kingex on bestchange.ru and fully detail the way you guys think you can operate. This is my final request, I once again do not want to participate or use any of your 'services' and want my 0.015btc back in my wallet within 24hours."

Silence after these questions. They can't answer them because they operate with *** terms and conditions. Be aware, exchanging here can make you loose your legit funds easily. See other reviews that experienced the same.
