when creating the request, i provided my email and wallet address for payment. After paying, i took a screenshot and sent an email from the same address to the exchange with the screenshot and wallet address to receive my funds.

I fulfilled the exchange conditions and asked in the chat if everything was okay and if they received the money. They replied that they had received it, but then i just waited a long time, and the money didn’t arrive, nor did any emails to the address i used to create the request. In the end, after wasting time, i wrote to support again, and they replied that they had sent an email to another address not specified in the request to confirm the payment. (They don’t mention this on the website when creating the request, nor when providing payment details through the chat).

My question is: how am i supposed to guess that you will be sending an email elsewhere?

You have misrepresented the situation by omitting that we did not send an email to a random address, but to the email associated with the Payoneer account from which we received the payment. We have the absolute right and responsibility, as reinforced by international regulations, to ensure that the exchange is conducted by the genuine account holder and not a fraudster, which is precisely what we did. As you can see, it was effortless for you to respond from the email address linked to the Payoneer account and confirm that you legally own and control the funds we received as payment.

Clause 2.2 of our service rules covers this situation:

**2.2. The Kingex administration has the right to additionally verify the information provided and request any necessary materials from the user related to the exchange.**

Confirming the crypto wallet address from the payment email address is entirely relevant to the order. We find your attempt to interpret our rules freely quite puzzling. Furthermore, users do not have the right to place an order if they disagree with or misunderstand any of the terms. It would be entirely illogical to agree to terms that one does not understand.

We regret that you are unwilling to consider the security of your own funds and blame us for our obligation to do so.

We would also like to clarify that you were denied further collaboration as soon as your order was closed, and this decision is unrelated to your feedback, which we viewed positively. However, as the saying goes, "You cannot save someone who does not wish to be saved." Therefore, we will no longer process your orders and sincerely hope you never encounter fraudsters. All the best.

2. When a user specifies an email in the application, what is it intended for? Perhaps for communication with the user, isn’t it? If you need to perform a security check (which I passed quickly, but I wasn’t aware of your email because you wasted my time without notifying me through the contact method provided in the application), this violates your rules 2.2, which clearly state: “2.2. The Kingex administration has the right to additionally verify the information provided and request any necessary materials from the user related to the exchange.”

3. As a customer, I want to complete the exchange as quickly as possible, and any additional questions or security checks should be sent to the email provided in the exchange application.

4. Please upload screenshots from your side if you’re claiming that my feedback doesn’t accurately reflect the situation.

5. You wrote in the website chat that I have been added to the blacklist and that you won’t recommend my details to other exchange platforms. Am I correct in understanding that, without violating any rules and after passing the security check, you are doing everything possible to prevent other exchange platforms from working with me?

2. As I mentioned earlier, you violated your own rule 2.2 by not requesting additional information from the user via the specified contact method.
3. I want to draw all users’ attention to the fact that this exchange platform has disabled the display of timestamps in the website chat to avoid complaints about long response processing times.
4. In almost every response to my and other customers’ reviews, they manipulate statements like “publishing false responses, you don’t understand security rules.”
