At 15:20 UTC, I initiated an exchange on GoExme based on the rate displayed at that moment. The indicated exchange rate was 216.24852 USDT/XMR, which influenced my decision to proceed.
However, GoExme later admitted that the rate displayed at the time of transaction initiation was outdated and had not been updated since 15:09 UTC.
This constitutes a misleading presentation of exchange rates, which directly impacted my financial decision.
My transaction received the required 10 confirmations at 15:46 UTC, as verified by multiple Monero blockchain explorers.
According to GoExme’s Terms of Use, the final rate fixation should occur within a maximum of 5 minutes after this stage.
Instead, GoExme processed the exchange at 15:54 UTC — 8 minutes after final confirmation — exceeding their own stated timeframe.
This delay resulted in a less favorable exchange rate, further compounding my financial loss.
At the time of transaction confirmation, the exchange page displayed a payout amount of 14 188 USDT.
However, at 16:24 UTC, I received only 13 093 USDT, a difference of more than a $1000.
This discrepancy is due to the delay and incorrect rate display, both of which were issues on GoExme’s end, not market fluctuations.
I contacted GoExme and provided blockchain data, their own Terms of Use, and screenshots confirming the discrepancies.
They acknowledged that the exchange rate displayed was outdated due to a technical malfunction.
However, they claim that the exchange was ultimately processed at market rates at the time of execution, ignoring the fact that their incorrect rate display led me to make the transaction in the first place.
As compensation, they offered me 100 USDT, which is insufficient considering the total loss incurred.
I countered with a reasonable request for at least 850 USDT in compensation, which has not been addressed.
Given the facts outlined above, I believe GoExme’s actions constitute a failure to uphold their own policies and a misleading exchange process. I kindly request your assistance in facilitating a fair resolution, ensuring that I am compensated appropriately for the misleading rate display and delayed processing.

I see your service as responsible for the unsatisfactory exchange result, and our email thread is reflected in my claim. You have answered all my questions, and I understand your position.
As I mentioned earlier, I do not agree with the compensation offered, which is why I write a financial claim om BestChange so that an independent party can evaluate the arguments and evidence.
I strongly ask that you do not mark the claim as "solved" with a message like "we've already explained everything to you." The addressee of my complaint is the administration of BestChange, and only their decision can be considered final by me.
Repeating your words will not change my opinion. I kindly ask you to keep the claim open until both parties are satisfied with the outcome.
