Are you kidding me lol you guys use AMLBot and i ran it on AMLBot myself and it isn't high risk. this is a clear shotgun kyc which is a violation of your own terms of service. hyperliquid is a legitimate protocol, and the funds can be clearly sourced to hyperliquid. i agreed to KYC if it raised any AML flags, but the same provider of AML that your exchange uses does not raise the slightest suspicion on my wallet address. your refusal to share the results of the AML just adds to that suspicion, as well as claiming you never recieved my emails when i've clearly sent them. do you have a telegram or twitter account i can dm to resolve this issue, and again please confirm your email, i will send one more email and if it goes unanswered, i will speak to my lawyers and bring publicity to this case of shotgun kyc, as the trail of funds is super easily tracked and sourced as legitimate. alternatively, refund the funds to the sending address and i will drop all cases, as well as change my negative reviews to positive ones. to the admin of bestchange, please reopen my claim as they are still holding my money and refusing all contact, unless you can post what raised suspicion of the source of my funds, because i highly doubt you can as they are 100% legal.

Let me clarify that according to the KYC policy (when creating an exchange, you agree to KYC verification), funds that were somehow involved in illegal activities must be subject to additional verification.

We do not hold your funds in any way, but only try to find out the legality of these funds.

As i said, I do not have anything against KYC but you have made it clear that it is not just a regular KYC check but a very blatant moneygrab attempt, as the 'please provide more details about the address that we just validated 20 minutes ago' statement just doesn't make any sense. As a matter of a fact it is funny that you call this "KYC verification" when you didnt even ask me to prove my identity with a selfie or id like any other legit exchange would do but you requested that I sent you all of my conversations with my client and details (which i did) after which you just kept asking for more to try to dodge the refund.
