I used BestChange as usual and picked this exchanger for its rate (first time using them). I followed my normal process: submitted the order, copied the deposit address, and sent the funds. The deposit did not arrive for a long time.
When I contacted support, they claimed the address I sent to differs by letter case from the address in the confirmation email. This is extremely suspicious. I have full screen-recording evidence showing I copied the address from their page exactly. Later, when I reopened the order, the address on their order page had been corrected to match the email address.
In other words, the website appears to have displayed an incorrect address at the time of my deposit, then later fixed it, which directly led to my loss. Their platform shows multiple bugs and they did not provide meaningful assistance.

I copied the deposit address exactly as your website displayed it — GSUYsJqjAJFnPHLQ2tg8iq28jVepNSwFwYGhakSZgDHk — and completed the transfer.
After that, you fixed your own bug and changed the original address from uppercase to lowercase letters.

We have thoroughly checked our system's operation. We would like to gently point out that the mechanism for generating and displaying wallet addresses in our service is fully automated and does not involve manual intervention or subsequent changes to an already generated address. This is a fundamental security principle that rules out the possibility of accidental or intentional adjustments after creation.
Unfortunately, even a single incorrect letter or character in a cryptocurrency wallet address leads to a completely different wallet, and such transactions are irreversible by their very nature.

It’s only about $800, yet you are refusing to take responsibility — this really makes your service look like a scam.
