The order was created by the client outside the service’s and operators’ working hours. Information regarding the working schedule, as well as the processing and completion timeframes, is provided on the website and is available to the client when creating an exchange order.
Once the operators’ working hours began, the order was taken into processing and completed within the established working hours and service regulations.
Therefore, the time between the creation and processing of the order was due to the fact that the order was submitted outside the service’s working hours. From our side, the order was completed within the timeframe established by the service regulations after operations resumed.
