Blocked my bitcoin after confirmations since I didn't want to pass verification and deny to return my coins. Claiming that they didn't receive my funds. Talking about some "wallet support". Asking me if I talk Russian idk why. I used this exchange because of all the positive feedback may be I was wrong.

I don't know why this claim is marked as cancelled. I'm simply asking one thing sir : return my fund to the sending address. You started by asking if I speak Russian then you said exchange requested verification and blocked your account. I don't know this exchange, I used your website and sent money to the bitcoin address you provided. If you are using a third party service then it is your duty to ask them to cancel my transaction since I don't know them. I have the right to refuse to pass KYC, you just return my funds. My coins are not from dark market, I don't know what AML you use but what I see there is just a pure scam from you.

You guys should write on your site that you use WhiteBit so people are aware of that you not control bitcoin address private keys. Also I contacted WhiteBit and they said that they not know exbox.org so please clarify what is happening.
