Made exchange avax -> xmr. It took them 40 minutes to make the payment in monero, despite the fact that in avalanche the transactions have almost instant finality. During that time, i "accidentally" suffered a slippage that resulted in me receiving 0.65 Xmr (1.5%) Less than what they initially told me.

Tinkoff bank security called me to confirm the transfer and warn me in general about scams. I have explaned that it was a transfer to buy crypto and that I found the service through bestchange.com
Tinkoff manager said that it's good, that bestchange.com checks for security and quality of the services. He warned me about moving money to "investment services" that are actually scams. This wasn't relevant to me since I was just sending crypto to my friend in the US.
Overall nice and positive experience.

I decided to exchange 0.1134 BTC for USDT yesterday. However, my payment got blocked. It has been over 24 hours now. The exchange service is not refunding the money and claims it's due to a blockage from the exchange. I bought BTC through the exchange using the link on Bestchange. We argued for a long time with representatives of this service. After a few hours we managed to convince them to return the money. Not only do they take a very long time to respond, but they also made us send them all the documents and the history of funds transfer. Although they had to provide their services without verification. But that is okay. All in all instead of my clear funds with AML risk no more than 35% they sent me money with almost 2 times higher AML risk than I had sent them, apparently from Garantex, which is under sanctions because of money laundering.
