We argued for a long time with representatives of this service. After a few hours we managed to convince them to return the money. Not only do they take a very long time to respond, but they also made us send them all the documents and the history of funds transfer. Although they had to provide their services without verification. But that is okay. All in all instead of my clear funds with AML risk no more than 35% they sent me money with almost 2 times higher AML risk than I had sent them, apparently from Garantex, which is under sanctions because of money laundering. I do not know what to do with these funds now. I have all the correspondence with the staff saved
