Absolutely Careless," silence treatment" service .
Made an order for EUR SWIFT transfer from BTC and had to guess by myself that it is required to submit ID only on the website for the order to be processed.
Support never check and response to emails.
As I have submitted my ID in response email to their ID request email next day.
Nobody responded , noone informed me that its only acceptable on the website. I had to email support several times repeatedly, noone ever gave a response.
In 5 days of support silence I was trying to sumbit my ID on the website and it wasnt working the whole day. I had succeed next day.
I have submitted my document swiftly in the response to a requesting email and i have not been paid for a week till i submitted it on the website again.
I have wasted a week and carried a huge loss on the rate change by the fault of CyberBTC . When the order was made rate was 28kˆ and when they paid it , it was 20kˆ.
