I have waited so long for goodness sake. This is taking so long. first, it took over 7 hours for you to process the order. I was expecting 564$ worth of perfect money as that was the agreed amount when I was about converting my BTC to perfect money, they ended up shorting my perfect money, instead of sending 564$ they sent 502.22$ putting me at a huge loss, I'm not happy one bit with this exchange, I have no control over the Bitcoin network in regards to instant confirmation of Bitcoin, this is a total rip-off.

Only thing is that you are left a little in the dark while the exchange is being processed, but other than that, i both got reply from customer support within ~2 hours and all my money transferred without problems.
