All you have to do, is to transfer USDC or other crypto via your existing wallet in the West, through an exchange (e.g. Binance), to their address. It is essential to use the correct transfer protocol, and you must provide the right details in terms of your card, bank, name, and especially Russian phone number. But, once provided, everything works really well. The only downside is that you have to wait for the money to arrive in chunks, unless you pay extra, and the rate of distribution is sometimes uneven — but that is beyond their control. I highly recommend this service.
