I would also like to draw your attention to the fact that you are submitting an application in the Visa/MasterCard EUR direction and indicated an account whose transfer was impossible. The support service kindly offered to replace the card or return your funds to you. To which you asked to send payment via Iban, which is not possible in this country. You asked to send a transfer instead of euros to your Wise USD, and the service did it in 5 minutes.
Please do not mislead service users by not explaining the whole situation.

So when your calculator provides 8 decimals for the threshold (min) sum (that is the condition, intelligent person would start to consider first), and it is required by customer to get exact amount for the target account, your support should take both factors to consideration, round decimal to 6 decimals (not characters, as proposed and not to higher than required amount) to get exactly needed sum. From conversation I had it is obvious that your managers don’t really understand word “decimal” which I had kindly translated to Russian for them which doesn’t helped as well, and don’t really investigate need and context of a question.

So, it would be better not trying to argue with me, and say sorry for your poor service.
Trying to make a fool of your costumers is extremely stupid and toxic strategy.
