The service tried to send funds many times, in different ways and from different banks. We received a refusal to transfer to the details specified by the client.
The client was notified of this and the service requested alternative details for the transfer. The client did not provide details and the service offered to return the funds, taking into account a return fee of 0.3 usdt. The client gave his consent.
Please note that the official refund policy on the service is 24 hours. The funds were returned to the client within 15 minutes of receipt from his address.

For some reason, i've used another exchanger right after yours, and they've completed transaction for 30 mins.
I wasn't asked for any additional details, it's lie.
The return fee wasn't 0.3 usdt, but 1 usdt. It's not a lot, but the fact that i waited 5 hours — deserves 0 fee. Furthermore, it was USDT BEP-20 transaction, which is not even 0.3 usdt, but 0.04 usdt commission for transaction. And the fact that you lie even for that small difference of 0.7 usdt tells a lot.
The funds were returned not within 15 minutes, but exactly 32 minutes. Another lie.
I can proof everything, if it's needed.
