According to the information available, the exchanger has no financial obligations to this user
Profanities and abusive language were removed by the monitor's administration
On March 13, I made a transaction for 1500 usdt in exchange for a visa eu card. I never received the money, the exchanger has been ignoring me for the last two days. I demand a refund.

Hello Am,
The funds from your application have been paid in full. After payment according to the details from the application, the payment was checked by the bank. As soon as the bank finishes checking your details, the funds will be credited to your account. You need to wait for the end of the verification.

Hello, stop talk this ***. 2 weeks I’m waiting. My money in your bank, not my bank.

All for you say — it’s your problem, not my. If you can't do your due diligence, maybe you should shut your *** down.

Changed usdt to eur mastercard. The exchange takes a very long time, I do not recommend this service.

Hello Pavel,
We are sorry to hear that you have encountered a long wait. You have created a request outside of the operator's normal business hours. The terms and regulations of payment and crediting are specified on our website. Once again we apologize for the long waiting time

| Pavel | March 22, 2024 07:47 |
That's why I don't recommend changing at your place.
| Vobmenka admin | March 22, 2024 08:24 |
Pavel, The speed at which your deposit is credited depends solely on your bank. We cannot speed it up. Your application was paid to you within the regulatory timeframe.
| Pavel | March 22, 2024 08:48 |
With my bank? The problem only occurred with your Kazakhstan bank, the one you sent from. It always comes instantly. It happened only with your exchanger.
| Vobmenka admin | March 22, 2024 08:51 |
We apologize for the long wait. We have funds successfully disbursed within 30 minutes after the request was created. International transfers take a little longer to be credited to your country and banks
| Pavel | March 22, 2024 08:53 |
Well I would just like to inform other customers that you have very long transfers, other exchangers do not have such problems.
| Vobmenka admin | March 22, 2024 08:58 |
Pavel, We are very sorry that you have such an impression about our exchange office. As a rule, crediting is instantaneous. In some banks and countries it may take a little longer. It all depends on the recipient's bank and the regulations of crediting funds
