I recently used UAchanger to exchange USDT ERC20 to Australian dollars. Initially, the process appeared smooth and straightforward, but my experience quickly turned into a nightmare. About two weeks after receiving the funds, my mother received alarming calls from her bank, informing her that the money she had received through UAchanger was flagged as stolen.
This has led to both of her bank accounts-held with two completely separate banks-being shut down. To make matters worse, the banks notified her that the details surrounding these transactions had been forwarded to the police for investigation.
Not only the bank has sent 60% of the transactions back to the person who forwarded the money but inconvenience this situation has caused is unimaginable, trips back and forth to banks and experiencing disruptions to my mothers financial stability and daily life. The stress and uncertainty are overwhelming—| can't believe this has happened.
I strongly advise anyone considering using UA changer to exercise extreme caution. This service has resulted in significant personal and financial distress.

The letter states that you can contact the bank and withdraw funds from the account before it is closed, which cannot be an automatic suspicion of theft of funds, since in the case of stolen funds, the bank would not give the opportunity to withdraw funds.
Please, if you have a justification for the above accusations towards the exchange service, send it to our email for further investigation.
According to the information in the letter, we can assume that you were unable to provide confirmation of the origin of funds to financial monitoring, which led to the termination of the cooperation agreement with the bank with the subsequent withdrawal of funds from the account.

My mother has made multiple visits and phone calls to the banks, both of which independently confirmed that the source of the funds was flagged as stolen, resulting in immediate account closures and a referral to the police for further investigation. If this issue merely pertained to financial compliance or untaxed funds, it seems disproportionate and highly unusual for two separate financial institutions to close longstanding bank accounts abruptly—one of which had been maintained without incident for over 16 years—and forward these cases directly to law enforcement.
Rather than placing the burden on my elderly mother to repeatedly request further documentation or chase banks for proof that funds are flagged as stolen—potentially leaving a lasting negative impact on her financial records—it may be more appropriate and effective for your exchange to directly investigate the individual who originally transferred these problematic funds.
We would appreciate your cooperation in promptly addressing the origin of these flagged transactions and resolving this matter directly at the source, thereby preventing further unnecessary distress or financial damage to innocent parties such as my mother.

But according to the data you provided, the information about the stolen funds is not confirmed, since the bank terminated the cooperation agreement without specifying the reason with the possibility of withdrawing funds that are on the account, which contradicts the possibility of stolen funds.

Provide us with more evidence by email, a bank statement, video confirmation from a bank, mobile application, where the incoming and outgoing payment details will be clearly visible. According to the letter you provided, we cannot consider that the reason for the blocking is the sending of funds by the exchange service.
