Overall, it's a decent exchange service; they charge a small commission for the exchange. However, the exchange rate is only fixed at the time of payment. You can either pay on the website and have it fixed, or in the office after the payment. I was worried the rate would change, but everything worked out in my favor. I'd rate the service as good. The staff was pleasant. Everyone was polite.

They check for AML, and you need a passport for KYC. Overall, the rate is decent. The downside is that Sundays are a day off, so if you're going to the city on the weekend and want to visit an exchange office, it's only available on Saturdays for out-of-towners.
