Transferred 1200 USDT 25th of May for exchange to EURO (IBAN transfer) Today is 30th of May! Nothing received from their side. On May 26th I was informed that they could not make the payment because supposedly my bank would not accept the transfer. This was strange, as it is a regular Bulgarian bank and I have received transfers from other sources many times before. No proof of payment was provided.
OK, it may happen, who knows... we agreed on May 26th that the payment would be sent to my Wise account instead. The same thing happened again. 27th of May they informed me that payment was made yesterday. 28th of May — no funds arrived.

When I started complaining, they told me that the payment had been made and sent me only a screenshot from a phone showing that the transfer was supposedly completed. However, it was impossible to see who sent the money or where it was sent. The screenshot showed only the first and last four digits of the account number. They insisted that the transfer had been sent and told me to check with my bank (how to check? with screen shot where is only written status-success)

When I asked for the wire confirmation, they said they could not provide it. When I asked why, they explained that their bank was undergoing technical maintenance and that they would need time before they could obtain the transfer confirmation.

So that is the story. Since then (today is 30th of May), they have gone silent and I am still waiting. To this day, there is no real proof that the transfer was ever made, apart from a phone screenshot showing a "Success" status. I have all screen shots with correspondence and my bank statement was sent to them showing that money did not arrive.
