RevBit received my funds but refused to complete the exchange due to an AML review. I requested only one thing: cancel the exchange and return my funds to the original sending wallet. I do not wish to complete KYC because I am no longer requesting the exchange.
RevBit has refused to return my funds unless I complete KYC. I believe that if a service provider declines to perform an exchange, it should at least return the customer's original deposit to the sending address instead of withholding the funds.
I respectfully ask BestChange to review whether this practice is fair and consistent with customer protection principles. Thank you.

I am not asking RevBit to complete the exchange. I am only requesting that my original deposit be returned to the same sending wallet.
If your liquidity provider refuses to process the exchange, please explain why my funds cannot simply be returned to the original sender instead of being withheld until I complete KYC.
