Waited almost an hour for the BTC network to confirm my payment. Finally it was listed as successful by lionex themselves and then a short while later I was emailed saying that is was expired/cancelled. I have not been refunded the 0.00453962 BTC (0.004287 BTC + 0.00025262 BTC fee) so now my Coinbase wallet has almost no BTC and I have no funds in my PayPal. This "service" is a scam as far as I can tell as they took my money and did not exchange it out. Avoid at all costs.

Claim has indeed been resolved. Took a little while to be contacted but that is likely due to timezones so that is no big deal. Payment was prompt after being contacted. Definitely not a scam. Would edit the original post if I could as well as set it to positive. My apologies.
